About Me

 Welcome my name is Amanda, I am a qualified integrative counsellor based in Herne Bay, offering face-to-face, telephone, and online counselling for adults.

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe that real change begins with feeling truly heard and understood. By drawing on a range of therapeutic models — including person-centred, psychodynamic, and CBT — I tailor our work to meet your individual needs.

People come to counselling for many reasons: anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship difficulties, or simply a sense that something isn’t right. Whatever you're facing, I offer a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.

I work with clients both short-term and long-term, depending on what you need. My aim is to support you in developing greater self-awareness, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.

I am BACP registered and work within their ethical framework.
